O exercício físico é visto por muitas pessoas apenas como um meio de manter um corpo saudável e bonito, porém, ele pode nos trazer mais benefícios. E falando dos benefícios dos exercícios na saúde mental, podemos observar como ele faz com que pessoas em estado de sofrimento mental e emocional achem um motivo para se reerguerem e buscarem em si uma força para continuar vivendo e superando seus obstáculos.

Casos como os de pessoas que estão com insônia devido a ansiedade e outros problemas, são um belo exemplo, pois, ao iniciar uma atividade física de seu gosto, a tendência a ter insônia diminui, a mente acha uma nova distração, o corpo se cansa, ajudando a se desligar na hora de dormir. Outro exemplo que podemos ter são de pessoas que estão sofrendo de algum trauma e ao achar uma atividade, como a corrida, passam então a não precisarem mais da ajuda dos remédios. Aulas em conjunto com mais pessoas, estímulo familiar, tudo conta na hora de iniciar e
se manter em uma atividade que traga satisfação. Em casos como de fobias, depressão, ansiedade onde a pessoa pode não sentir vontade
de sair de casa, sente medo de enfrentar lugares, pessoas, situações, mesmo com esses sentimentos é muito importante iniciar uma atividade física.

Quanto mais fugimos e adiamos, mais será praticado um reforço negativo em relação a essas atividades. É essencial começar, devagar, com calma, respeitando cada momento, mas sempre a cada dia se desafiando mais, reforçando a prática um pouco a cada dia e logo ela se tornará
algo que mudará para melhor a sua vida. Será nítido como ótimas mudanças acontecerão no seu emocional, mental e no físico.
Não desistir é essencial para obter o sucesso e resultado esperado.
