Todo mundo já se apaixonou um dia…ou pelo menos deveria saber o que é uma paixão. Aquele sentimento que faz o coração bater mais forte, que nos faz sorrir por dentro e que, muitas vezes, tira nossos pés do chão. É simplesmente maravilhoso!
Ao falarmos deste sentimento tão intenso, normalmente pensamos que ele é apenas em relação a alguém. Mas também podemos ser apaixonados pelo nosso trabalho, por ideais e principalmente por nós mesmos.
A paixão pode ser arrebatadora e nos cegar, nos tirar o apetite e deixar nossos pensamentos nas nuvens. No entanto, viver uma vida de forma apaixonada nos torna mais plenos, traz mais cor para os nossos dias e mais sentido para tudo o que fazemos.
Quando conseguimos nutrir este sentimento por nós mesmos, tudo se transforma, pois passamos a nos aceitar e a viver uma vida muito mais autêntica, livre do peso de ser algo que não somos. Passamos a nos levar mais em consideração e a nos respeitar mais.
A paixão pode nos libertar e nos nortear. É saudável trabalharmos de forma apaixonada, nos colocarmos naquilo que estamos fazendo, ter orgulho do que produzimos e deixar nossa marca. Viver de forma apaixonada nos conecta mais conosco mesmos e nos possibilita manifestar a nossa verdade. A paixão nos move e nos entusiasma.
Muitos podem dizer que não é tão fácil se apaixonar, mas tudo depende do tanto que nos permitimos…muitas vezes precisamos nos autorizar a sentir, a sair do controle e perder o medo de nos aventurarmos e seguir aquilo que faz o nosso coração bater mais forte.
