1 – “O que é hérnia de disco? Quem tem hérnia pode fazer Quiropraxia?”

A hérnia de disco ocorre devido a um mau funcionamento biomecânico da nossa coluna vertebral, seja por má postura, movimentos equivocados, sobrecarga ou trauma. Por algum motivo o disco (estrutura que fica entre nossas vértebras) rompe seu anel e hérnia, ocasionado muitas vezes dores fortes. As hérnias discais são tratadas com ótimos resultados pela Quiropraxia, sem uso de medicamentos e na maioria das vezes evitando possíveis cirurgias.

2- “Qual a diferença de massoterapia, fisioterapia e Quiropraxia?”
