Trabalhamos cada vez mais. Corremos contra o tempo. Estamos assim,

Começamos estudar e logo pensamos na formatura. Já planejamos as férias,

Se entendermos que a partir desse momento, está tudo bem a busca pelo

apreciar os momentos e o caminho a ser percorrido.
E se, ao sair para trabalhar, também apreciarmos o percurso, as pessoas, os
lugares e paisagens pela qual passamos, sem julgamentos, sem críticas ou
condenação pelo que vemos, apenas vivenciando.
E se, ao cozinhar, se permitir apreciar não somente o resultado daquilo que
engolimos, mas sentir o cheiro, perceber as cores, as texturas e o escutar dos
comentários positivos que surgem. Afinal o alimento que nutre o corpo, também
pode “nutrir a alma”.
Sim, se fosse fácil todos fariam! Mas, se fosse impossível, não existiria tantas
pessoas vivendo, ao invés de sobrevivendo.
